DELIVERY
SwiftShop takes great care packaging every item to ensure safe delivery to you.
SwiftShop will not be responsible for items misplaced, damaged, or lost by the fault of the delivery carrier.
Undelivered parcels
Delivery carriers may deem your parcels undelivered for a number of reasons including:
Incorrect Address: if you address is incorrect, the carrier will not be able to deliver the parcel. Please check your delivery address carefully and make sure it is correct when placing your order as SwiftShop will not accept responsibility for incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient delivery address details.
Failed delivery attempt: our carriers will usually attempt to deliver your parcel more than once and may try to contact you on the details provided, including by telephone. if the delivery is unsuccessful, it will be returned to us. the returned parcel will be processed for a refund, excluding the cost of delivery. If you would like the parcel to be redelivered, you will need to pay for postage again.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products or else, SwiftShop would not be liable for the products. Also, SwiftShop can refuse to take returns in any case due to COVID19 health & safety.
Delivery Charges
We use Royal Mail, Hermes, and other couriers to provide you the best service all around the world. Our general rates up to 2 kgs of parcel are as follows.
Delivery for your purchase is to your doorstep/ delivery address (UK)
Between 7am and 6pm Mon-Fri and, Royal Mail delivery Mon - Sat , UK mainland addresses.
Shipping Costs shown are for UK Mainland. Some Parts of Scottish Highlands, Channel Island or Northern Ireland may accrue additional charge.
We expect an adult person to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery and if applies mark the delivery to have received in good condition.
All claims for shortages and/or damages must be notified by email within 48hrs, otherwise claims cannot be entered into. We will do our up most to resolve the situation best suited for both parties.
Please note that we DO NOT count -Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays as working days.
All orders are normally dispatched within 48hrs of order confirmation, you will be emailed so you are aware that your order is on the way.

You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Customers are advised that express delivery is not available for orders from the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or BFPO addresses.
Customers are also advised that we are unable to send aerosols or flammable products to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or BFPO addresses.
